Posted by Some of these videos are just super fun to rewatch. This is a cool ride with a consistent climb and an amazing descent. Sitting inside today because it is cold and gray outside, but this video makes me stoked for the nicer weather to come. You can park for free down by the river in the small little lot near where Doodle Town Brook goes under 9W, or park in either of the Bear Mountain lots. The Bear Mountain lots cost $10 to park in, but they have very nice heated rest rooms which are amazing on cold days (and a zoo to explore afterwards).
A cool little tip, there are some great rides that I will be doing and posting up that cost to park in the lots, but with the New York State Empire Pass you can park in a bunch of them for free (Bear Mountain is one of them). https://parks.ny.gov/admission/empire-passport/
